Introducing the Size 02, designed to hold up to 300ml of water at once while keeping everything we love about the original UFO: clarity, consistency, and ease of use.

80° Wide Angle

The UFO uses an 80° wall angle to slow things down just enough for a more even extraction, even with smaller doses.

A shallower coffee bed means changes in dose have less impact on the final cup, making recipes easier to dial in and repeat. The wider filter contact area also helps produce a cleaner and more transparent cup profile while preserving the characteristics that make conical drippers so enjoyable.

Air Channels Instead of Ribs

Instead of relying on traditional ribs, the UFO uses dedicated air channels to maintain airflow throughout the brew.

This helps prevent the filter paper from sticking to the dripper wall, reducing clogging and improving drawdown consistency. More stable airflow means fewer variables to fight against and more repeatable brews from cup to cup.

Built for Thermal Stability

Made from BPA-free Tritan, the UFO retains heat more effectively during brewing by reducing temperature loss throughout extraction.

A more stable slurry temperature leads to more efficient extraction and greater consistency, especially when brewing lighter roasted coffees that benefit from thermal stability.
