We first served this coffee back in August 2025, and it left a strong impression. It moved quickly, and we understood why.

Coming back to it this season, it still holds that same character. Indonesian coffees have evolved a lot in recent years, and this one shows how far processing has come.

It leans sweet, almost like honey, with a profile that’s both approachable and memorable.

It made sense to bring it back.
