Sometimes, we just want an Ethiopia that tastes like an Ethiopia.

From Aricha in Yirgacheffe, this coffee is grown by smallholder farmers on tiny plots alongside other crops. What drew us in was how clean and familiar it felt.

Floral aromatics come through first, followed by bright citrus and a candied sweetness as it cools.

Nothing too complicated.

Just clean, delicate, and really pleasant to drink. Sometimes, classic is exactly what we’re looking for.
