When searching for a new filter coffee from the Americas, Peru wasn’t the first origin that came to mind. But then we discovered this Geisha, produced by Edwin Tello. It left an impression on us. Delicate yet vibrant, this washed Geisha captures the flavour characteristics that the variety is known for. Soft floral aromatics, a rounded sweetness, and a clean, lingering finish. It’s a cup that comforts, yet expressive and nuanced. For us, this coffee is a gentle surprise from an unexpected origin, a familiar cup with a distinct character.
