[LIMITED] Peru La Margarita Classico Washed Geisha

Notes from Han:

La Margarita is a family project in Peru, managed by the Solórzano family. Brothers Marco, Neto, and Ivan are third-generation producers, each caring for their own plots while working together under La Margarita.

This Geisha uses a traditional washed process, keeping the cup clean while allowing the varietal’s floral and fruity character to show.

For the roast, we pushed the drying phase slightly more while staying gentle through Maillard to preserve its florality. The result reminds us of coffee blossoms, with prominent citrus and a delicate white tea finish.
