For a long time, Indonesian coffees were known for their earthy, heavy character. Pak Asman believed Gayo could show us something different.

At Ribang Gayo, he experiments with honey and natural processing while preserving rare varieties like Abyssinia, an heirloom traced back to Ethiopia.

Finding Indonesian coffees like this isn’t easy, and that’s exactly why we wanted to share it.
