We didn’t expect to bring Bali back. In the past, most profiles leaned heavier, more spice-driven, and not always easy to approach. This one felt different.

The processing brought out something brighter and more expressive. On the first sip, it stood out—then it settled into something more familiar. It reminded us of iced calamansi black tea, with a lighter, cleaner finish than expected.

It’s a different direction, but one that made sense to us.
