This coffee felt familiar from the start. On the cupping table, it carried a profile we don’t come across as often anymore—classic Ethiopia.

Bright, floral, and expressive without being overwhelming. We’ve tasted many coffees that drift away from this, but this one stayed true.

It reminded me of walking into a flower garden. Nothing too complex, just clear and well-defined. We kept the roast simple to let it show as it is.
