There isn’t much information available about this particular lot, but what we do know is that China is an up-and-coming coffee-producing origin. We’ve long wanted to introduce Chinese coffees into our offerings, though many didn’t quite align with our profile. This coffee from Tianhao Plantation in Lancang stands out. Tianhao produces over 90% of China’s coffee, and this anaerobically processed lot brings added complexity to the cup. Expect winey, grapey notes with a funky edge.
