Bolivia isn't a coffee origin we see often, and maybe that's why we were drawn to it.

Sol de la Mañana isn't a farm, but a movement started in 2014 to support smallholder producers and keep Bolivian coffee alive.

The result is a coffee known for its sweetness, clarity, and crisp acidity.

For us, it tasted like Cranberry, Purple Grape, Lime, and Pineapple.

Not just a bag of beans.
